Will my personal information be shared?

All personal information provided by you to us at any stage, will not be shared to any third party.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind. Once your order has been placed, there can be no changes to your order (even if it is just a colour swap!).

Do your products vary at all?

As most of our items are hand made, there may be some slight variations between products which also keeps them funky and unique!

Will the laser cutter cause items to smell or leave burn marks?

Sometimes there may be a slight smell which is all in the nature of laser cut work and with this, sometimes adhesive used does slightly discolour behind the acrylic which cannot be stopped and is also very minimal. We just suggest using a slightly damp cloth to give your item a wipe if you are concerned, but all of our items are also cleaned before packaged!

I would like a custom design order, do you offer these?

We sure do! Depending on our bookings and availability, we do offer graphic design work and can create a bespoke item just for you! Just send us an email, say hello and let us know how we can help!

I like your store items but I still want something different?

No worries! Let us know via email what you need and provide as much information as possible so we can accurately quote and design something just for you! If you see an accessory but would like it in another colour, just ask and we will check with our suppliers!

I need an item FAST!

Depending on our bookings and availability, we may be able to process a rush order for you at an additional 30%. Just send us an email and ask! We are always happy to help when we can

My item is lost/damaged in the mail

Once items are dropped at the Post Office by us, Soiree Sisters Studio is no longer responsible for any damages or losses through the mail supplier and we will guide you in the right direction for who you may need to contact. We check all items over to make sure they are in perfect condition when packaged! If this does happen, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, otherwise we will not be able to assist you.
